RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Rouge et Noir Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or any other reason unrelated to an error made by Rouge et Noir Co.

WHEN A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT MAY BE PROVIDED

We will make it right if an issue occurred due to an error on our end. This includes:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • You received the wrong size or color from what was ordered.
  • An item is missing from your order.
  • Your item arrives damaged or defective due to an issue that occurred before shipment.
  • Another verified fulfillment error was made by Rouge et Noir Co.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

REPORTING AN ISSUE

Any issue with your order must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label when applicable

Do not wear, use, wash, alter, remove tags from, or otherwise modify an item you are reporting as damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

ITEMS DAMAGED AFTER DELIVERY

Rouge et Noir Co. is not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including damage resulting from wear, improper use, improper storage, washing, alterations, accidents, or failure to properly care for an item.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded because the customer no longer wants the item or no longer wishes to wait for delivery.

Rouge et Noir Co. is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before completing their purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to retrieve the package, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

PREORDERS & SOURCED ITEMS

Preorder, special-order, and sourced items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded due to processing or shipping time, provided the order remains within the processing and shipping timeframe disclosed at the time of purchase.

Once sourcing or fulfillment has begun, the order cannot be canceled because the customer changes their mind.

If Rouge et Noir Co. is unable to fulfill the order, the customer will be contacted with an appropriate resolution.

SALE & LIVE SALE PURCHASES

All sale, clearance, promotional, and live-sale purchases are final sale.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, sizing, pricing, and other available details before completing payment.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Do not mail or return merchandise to Rouge et Noir Co. without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns will not automatically qualify for a refund and may be refused or returned to the sender.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you experience an issue with an order, please contact Rouge et Noir Co. first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically make an order eligible for a refund under this policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

  • A brief description of the issue

If we determine the error was ours, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Stay Pressed is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist whenever possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they begin processing. Once processing has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

By placing an order with Stay Pressed, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
